1teaspoon H-E-B Baker's® Scoop Double Vanilla Extract',
1cupH-E-B Brown Sugar,
3tablespoonseach: Hill Country Fare Light Corn Syrup and Dark Corn Syrup,
1(9-inch)frozen Hill Country Fare Frozen Deep Dish Pie Crust,
1Heat oven to 350F. Measure 1 cup pecans and set aside. Chop remaining pecans and set aside.
2Combine eggs, vanilla, brown sugar, and corn syrups in a bowl; stir until blended. Add chopped pecans to the syrup mixture and pour into frozen deep-dish piecrust. Decorate top of pie with remaining whole pecans.
3Place pie on a baking sheet and bake on center oven rack for 25 minutes. Carefully remove from oven, loosely cover pie with foil, then return to oven and bake for 20 more minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
4Cool pie completely before serving
