1cupHill Country Fare Pecan Cookie Pieces,
3tablespoonsH-E-B butter, melted,
1(16 oz.) packageHill Country Fare Frozen Whole Strawberries,
1(8 oz.) packageH-E-B Cream Cheese, softened,
1/2cupSplenda or 6 H-E-B Sugar Substitute packets,
1 1/2cupsDaisy Sour Cream,
1Combine pecan pieces and butter in a pie pan. Press the pecan mixture evenly in the pie pan and set aside.
2Place 1/2 package of frozen strawberries in a blender or food processor bowl. Process for 30 seconds or until strawberries are coarsely chopped and set aside.
3Combine cream cheese, sugar substitute and sour cream in a mixing bowl. Mix ingredients with an electric mixer on high speed for 2 minutes. Stir in the coarsely chopped strawberries and spread the mixture over the nut crust. Cover cheese cake with plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour and then serve or refrigerate.
