Ingredients

1/4cupsliced almonds or pecan pieces,

2Tbsp.sugar,

1/8tspapple pie spice,

1ctnr. (36 oz.)H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go! Seasonal Salad,

2Tbsp each:chopped fresh gingermint leaves and shredded coconut,

1cupHill Country Fare regular or reduced fat whipped topping,

Directions

1Heat a large skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add sugar, nuts and apple pie spice to hot skillet and stir constantly until sugar caramelizes and coats nuts (about 3-5 minutes). Quickly pour glazed nuts on a sheet of foil to cool.

2Combine the H-E-B Ready,Fresh,Go! Seasonal Salad, ginger, mint, coconut and whipped topping in a large bowl; toss to coat. Cover fruit with plastic wrap and chill for 20 minutes or until ready to serve.

3Before serving, top with glazed nuts.
