1 1/2cupsH-E-B half and half,
112 ounce canevaporated skim milk,
5H-E-B eggs, beaten,
1Heat oven to 325 degrees.
2Combine half and half, evaporated skim milk, eggs, coconut, vanilla and orange juice in a large bowl: stir well. Pour custard mixture into a 2 1/2 quart baking dish and place inside a larger baking dish. Fill outside baking dish halfway with water and place in center oven rack.
3Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center of the flan comes out clean. Carefully, remove flan dish from hot water bath and cool on a rack. Chill thoroughly before serving.
