Double-Layer Chocolate Butterscotch Fudge

Ingredients

2cansEagle Brand condensed milk,

1 (12 oz.)packagesemi-sweet chocolate pieces,

1 (12 oz.)packagebutterscotch morsels,

1 (6 oz.)packagesemi-sweet chocolate pieces,

2teaspoonvanilla,

1/2cupchopped nuts,

Directions

1Grease an 8 or 9-inch-square pan.

2Make the chocolate fudge layer by combining 1 can of condensed milk and 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate morsels in the top of a double boiler.

3Cook until morsels are melted, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.

4Remove from heat and add one teaspoon of vanilla.

5Pour into pan and refrigerate while preparing butterscotch layer.

6Using the butterscotch morsels, prepare the butterscotch layer in the same manner as the chocolate.

7Pour over the chocolate layer.

8When the fudge has cooled completely, melt additional 6 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate in top of double boiler, stirring until melted.

9Transfer chocolate to a sealable sandwich bag and snip off a small piece of one lower corner of bag.

10Create a zigzag pattern with melted chocolate and top with chopped nuts. Slice and serve.
