Ingredients

1frozen 9-inch Hill Country Fare Pie Crust, baked,

1envelopeHill Country Fare Unflavored Gelatin,

1 1/2cupsHill Country Fare Green Apple-Flavored Sparkling Water,

6Granny Smith apples, cored, peeled and thin sliced OR 2 16-ounce bags Hill Country Fare frozen Fuji apple slices, no sugar added,

1teaspoonapple pie spice,

8packetsHill Country Fare No-Calorie Sweetener (or use 1 cup of Splenda),

Directions

1Bake pie crust according to package directions and cool.

2Pour 1/4 cup cold water into a small microwave-safe bowl. Sprinkle gelatin into water and let set 1 minute. Microwave on High power for 1 minute and add 1 1/2 cup Hill Country Fare Sparkling Flavored Apple water; stir to combine.

3Combine frozen sliced apples with apple pie spice and sugar substitute; toss to coat. Add apples to dissolved gelatin mixture and immediately pour apple mixture into crust.

4Cover pie with plastic wrap and chill 20 minutes or until firm and ready to cut.
