1package(8 oz) cream cheese,
1cupsour cream or heavy whipping cream,
1HCF graham cracker pie crust,
1Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2Place cream cheese in a microwave-safe mixing bowl and heat in microwave on High power for 30 seconds to soften.
3(You can also soften by cutting into small cubes and setting at room temperature for 10 minutes.
4Add sugar to cream cheese and beat with mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds.
5Quickly beat eggs, cream, and vanilla (for 30 more seconds, do not over beat.
6Pour batter into pie crust and bake for 35 minutes (center will jiggle).
7Turn off oven, open door slightly and let cheesecake cool in oven
