2cupsHill Country Fare Miniature Marshmallows,
1 1/2cups (9 oz.)Nestlé Toll House Semi-sweet Chocolate Morsels,
1/2cupHill Country Fare Pecans or Walnuts, chopped,
1teaspoonH-E-B the Baker's® Scoop Two Fold Vanilla Extract,
1Line an 8-inch square baking dish with foil and set aside.
2Combine the sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in a medium, heavy-bottom saucepan. Bring the mixture to a full boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil the mixture, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
3Stir in the marshmallows, chocolate morsels, nuts and vanilla extract. Stir fudge vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted. Pour fudge into the prepared pan and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Lift fudge from pan and remove the foil. Cut fudge into 48 pieces.
4NOTE: For Milk Chocolate Fudge: Substitute 1 3/4 cups (11.5 oz. package) Nestlé Toll House Milk Chocolate Morsels for semi-sweet chocolate morsels.
5For Butterscotch Fudge: Substitute 1 2/3 cups (11 oz. package) Nestlé Toll House Peanut Butterscotch Flavored Morsels for the semi-sweet morsels.
6For Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge: Substitute 1 2/3 cups (11 oz. package) Nestlé Toll House Peanut Butter & Milk Chocolate Morsels for semi-sweet chocolate morsels and 1/2 cup chopped peanuts for pecans or walnuts.
