1/2cupbutter or margarine,
2/3cuppacked brown sugar,
1cupsalted cocktail peanuts or Spanish peanuts,
1Heat butter in 3-quart saucepan over low heat until melted. Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup.
2Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly with wooden or other heatproof spoon. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat.
3Stir in cereal and peanuts until well coated. Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper; cool.
