2cans(16 of 17 oz) sweet potatoes or yams, drained,
1can(8oz) crushed pineapple,
1/3cupchopped nuts (optional),
25Hill Country Fare Marshmallows,
1Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 1 1/2 quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
2Place all ingredients except marshmallows in a mixing bowl. Beat until fluffy.
3Pour sweet potato mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
4Remove from oven and top with marshmallows. Continue baking until marshmallows are puffed and lightly browned.
