3/4cup each:H-E-B all purpose flour & whole wheat flour,
1/3cupHill Country Fare cornmeal,
1/2cupHill Country Fare old-fashion or quick oats,
2 1/2teaspoonsHill Country Fare baking powder,
1 3/4teaspoonsH-E-B soymilk,
2eggs or Hill Country Fare Egg Substitute, beaten,
1Combine all purpose flour, cornmeal, oats and baking powder in a large mixing bowl. Add HEB Soy Milk and beaten eggs to flour mixture and stir until mixture forms a thick batter. Set Batter aside.
2Lightly grease hot griddle with oil. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake on hot griddle. Cook pancakes for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes per side. Turn pancakes only once.
