Ingredients

1 3/4cupsbuttermilk,

5eggs,

2tablespoonssugar,

1teaspoonvanilla,

3cupsself-rising flour,

4teaspoons(heaping) baking powder,

Directions

1Whip and blend buttermilk, eggs, sugar and vanilla.

2Stir in flour and baking powder with whisk.

3Cook on medium heat on lightly oiled skillet.
