Ingredients

1/2cupalmond slivers or macadamian nuts,

1/2cupHill Country Fare Shredded Coconut,

3cupsKrusteaz Waffle Mix,

2H-E-B Eggs,

1/4cupHill Country Fare Canola Oil,

1(11.5 oz) canKerns Pineapple Coconut or Apricot Mango Juice,

Directions

1Heat Waffle Stix Maker according to manufacturer's directions.

2Combine nuts and coconut in a food processor bowl and pulse the mixture two times until mixture is coarsely chopped. Add Krusteaz Waffle Mix, eggs, oil and juice. Pulse the waffle mixture 3 to 4 time until smooth with chunks of nuts and coconut.

3Pour 2/3-cup Hawaiian Crunch Waffle batter into the heated waffle stix maker. Cook the waffles 4 to 6 minutes until golden brown, or according to waffle iron manufacturer´s instructions.

4Serve with your favorite waffle syrup, tropical fruits or ice cream.
