Ingredients

1/2cupHill Country Fare Pecan Pieces,

1cupfresh or frozen cranberries chopped in food processor,

3cupsHill Country Fare Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix,

1 3/4cupH-E-B Apple Juice,

*Apple Syrup:,

1cupHill Country Fare Pancake & Waffle Syrup,

1 1/2cupHill Country Fare Frozen Fuji Apples chopped,

Directions

1Heat waffle maker according to manufacturer's directions.

2Combine nuts and cranberries in a food processor bowl and pulse the mixture two times until mixture is coarsely chopped. Add waffle mix and juice to the cranberry mixure. Pulse the waffle mixture 3 to 4 times until smooth with chunks of nuts and cranberries.

3Pour 1/2 cup Cranberry Nut Waffle batter into the heated waffle maker. Cook the waffles until golden brown. Remove from waffle maker and keep warm.

4Combine the syrup and chopped apples in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on high power for 4 minutes or until syrup & apples are heated through. Serve with hot waffles.
