Ingredients

1tuberefrigerated buttery biscuits,

1poundbacon, fried crisp, drained and crumbled,

1 mediumonion, diced,

1poundbulk sausage or 1 lb ground beef (or half of each),

1doz.eggs, slightly beaten,

2cupsmilk,

1cupsliced mushrooms (optional),

1/2cupsliced jalapeno peppers (optional),

2cupsshredded Cheddar Cheese,

Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Oil a baking sheet pan.

3Separate biscuits and roll flat with rolling pin.

4Press into prepared pan, on bottom and up sides to form crust.

5Saute onion in bacon drippings.

6Add sausage and/or ground beef and brown.

7Drain thoroughly, blot with paper towel.

8Spread meat and onion over crust.

9Mix eggs with milk and pour over meat.

10Top with mushrooms and jalapenos, if desired.

11Spread cheese over top of all.

12Bake until eggs are set and cheese is melted
