Zucchini-Cheese Bread

2Tbsp.fresh basil (or 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves),

1/4teaspooncrushed red pepper,

3cupsbiscuit mix,

1 1/2cupsshredded zucchini (1 medium),

1cupshredded HEB Easy Melt Processed Cheese,


1Heat oven to 400°F.

2Spray a 4.5 x 8.5-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.

3In a large bowl, combine eggs, basil, crushed red pepper and 1 cup water. Add biscuit mix, zucchini and cheese; stir to combine. Evenly spread batter in prepared baking dish.

4Bake for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes.
