20large mushrooms, cleaned,
2tablespoonschopped green pepper,
1tablespoongreen onions, chopped,
*salt and pepper to taste,
1Preheat oven to 400°F.
2Remove mushroom stems and chop for filling.
3Place mushroom caps on baking sheet.
4Chop green pepper, celery, green onion, and garlic (or garlic already chopped in a jar, 2 teaspoons).
5Melt butter in skillet. Add mushroom stems and all chopped ingredients. Cook until tender.
6Remove from heat; add mustard, oregano, salt and pepper. Fill mushroom caps. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, bake 10 minutes. Serve hot.
