1(12 ounce) tubH-E-B Fully Cooked Seasoned Shredded Beef,
2H-E-B Pizza Crusts (1 kit),
1 1/2cupsJardiné Texsalsa',
4cups (16 ounces)shredded Colby Jack cheese, divided,
1(16 ounce) canblack beans, rinsed and drained,
1(4 ounce) canwhole green chiles,
1Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Place 2 oven rack in bottom half of oven. Place crusts on baking sheets or round pizza pans.
2Spread 3/4 cup salsa over each pizza crust; sprinkle each with 1 cup cheese.
3Pull beef shreds apart and layer evenly over cheese. Layer beans over beef; sprinkle each pizza with 1 cup cheese.
4Cut chiles into thin strips; place over tops of pizzas.
5Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese melts and begins to brown. Rotate pizzas on oven racks halfway through baking, if necessary, to ensure even browning.
6Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes. Cut into slices and serve; top each slice with a spoonful of Crema Mexicana, if desired
