Ingredients

1medium onion, finely chopped,

112 ounce bagKern's frozen sliced mangos, chopped,

1serrano or jalapeno pepper, stem removed and finely chopped,

1/4cupchopped cilantro,

Directions

1Combine onion, mangos, pepper, cilantro and lime juice in a medium-size bowl.

2Season to taste with salt and pepper.

3Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.

4Serve as a salsa for grilled chicken, tuna or Mahi Mahi.
