Ingredients

1cupnonfat refried beans,

1 1/3cupfinely chopped green onions,

1teaspoonchili powder,

1/8teaspoonsalt,

1/8teaspoongarlic powder,

1/8teaspooncumin,

1/2cupshredded reduced fat Cheddar Cheese,

1/2cupchopped tomatoes,

1/2cupshredded romaine,

1bagbaked, not fried tortilla chips,

Directions

1Combine beans, onions, chili powder, salt, garlic powder and cumin, mix well.

2Spread mixture evenly in 9-inch microwave-safe pie plate.

3Microwave on high for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

4Sprinkle cheese evenly over top.

5Microwave on high for 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.

6Sprinkle tomatoes evenly over cheese; arrange lettuce around edge of pie plate.

7Serve immediately with chips
