1/2(12 oz.) packagewon ton wrappers, cut diagonally into halves,

2 to 3cupsHill Country Fare Canola Oil for frying,

1(12 oz.) packageH-E-B Fully Cooked Italian Beef Crumbles,

1large tomato, chopped,

2green onions, chopped,

1/2cuppitted Kalamata, green, or black olives, drained and chopped,

1(16 oz.) packageshredded H-E-B Pizza Blend Cheese,


1Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil and set aside.

2To fry won ton wrappers, pour oil in a deep heavy skillet or an electric fryer to a depth of 3 inches. Heat oil in skillet over high heat or 375 degrees in an electric fryer. Fry 8 to 10 won ton wrappers at a time for 30 seconds or until golden brown. Remove fried won tons and drain on paper towels. Fry all remaining wontons and set aside.

3Heat H-E-B Fully Cooked Italian Seasoned Beef Crumbles according to package instructions. Place fried won tons on foil lined baking sheet. Top fried won tons with hot Italian Seasoned Beef Crumbles, tomato, green onions, olives and shredded cheese. Heat in oven for 3 to 4 minutes until cheese melts. Serve hot
