1(12-count) packageH-E-B Garlic Herb Zestilla Tortillas,
12slicesH-E-B Deli Italian Asiago Cheese, sliced thin,
1cupPuttanesca Pasta Sauce,
1(4 ounce) jarH-E-B Harvest Moon Pimiento Strips, drained,
1tomatoes, sliced thin,
1/2red onion, sliced thin,
1Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
2Place 3 tortillas on each baking sheet. Spread each tortilla with 1 1/2 tablespoons pasta sauce. Place 3 tablespoons shredded cheese over sauce and top with 3 slices each of pimiento strips, tomato, and onion. Top the Zestillas with 3 tablespoons shredded cheese and another Garlic Herb Zestilla. Spray the top of the Zestilla with nonstick cooking spray. Bake in oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, turn Zestillas over and bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown.
3Remove from oven, let cool 5 minutes, and place on cutting surface. Cut into wedges and serve
