3 to 4avocados, peeled and seeded,
1juice of one lime,
1/4cupsour cream (regular or low fat),
1cupchopped tomato (2 medium),
1jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped,
1Place avocados in a medium-size bowl and mash.
