Easy Quesadillas With Cuitlacoche

110 count packageH-E-B corn tortillas,

18 oz. packageH-E-B Oxaca or Monterrey Jack cheese, thinly sliced,

18 oz. jarCocina Mestiza Cuitalacoche,

116.4 oz. canLa Sabroza salsa,


1Heat griddle or large skillet over high heat for 3 minutes. Place 3 to 4 tortillas on hot griddle and heat them for 15 seconds. Turn tortillas over and place a slice of cheese in the center of the tortilla. Top the cheese with 1 tablespoon of Cocina Mestiza Cuitlacoche.

2Allow cheese to begin melting and then fold quesadilla in half. Turn the quesadilla over 4 times (every 30 seconds) until the cheese is completely melted and the tortilla is slightly golden. Cut quesadillas in half and serve with La Sabroza Salsa
