8hard boiled eggs, peeled and chilled,
*salt and pepper, to taste,
*paprika, as needed,
1Halve hard-boiled eggs lengthwise. Carefully scoop out yolks and place in small bowl. Reserve egg whites.
2Mash the yolks with mustard, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and pickle juice or relish. Mound mixture into the hollow of each egg-white half and sprinkle with paprika.
