Ingredients

1(8 ounce) bagH-E-B Mexican 4-Blend Cheese,

2tablespoonsH-E-B Harvest Moon Red Jalapeno Slices, drained & chopped,

1(12 ounce) packageH-E-B Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Fajitas, chopped,

1/2cupHill Country Fare Fried Onions,

1cupH-E-B Sour Cream,

12H-E-B Homestyle Flour Tortillas,

1(8 ounce) packagefrozen Yucatan Guacamole, thawed (in the dairy case),

Directions

1Combine the cheese, jalapeño slices, chopped chicken fajitas, fried onions and sour cream in a large mixing bowl.

2Heat a large skillet or griddle to High heat. Place 2 or 3 tortillas on hot griddle. Top each tortilla with 1/3 cup of quesadilla mixture and top with another tortilla. Heat each side for 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Place on cutting board and cut into 4 or 6 wedges. Serve warm with Yucatan Guacamole.
