1/2cupH-E-B the baker's® scoop all purpose flour',
1/2tsp.H-E-B black pepper,
1packageChicken breast tenders,
1Process cheese snacks in food processor until coarsely ground. Combine cheese snacks, flour, and black pepper in a large bowl.
2Place chicken tenders and buttermilk in a separate bowl, toss to coat.
3Remove chicken tenders from milk one at a time and coat with breading mixture. Lay on a baking sheet until all chicken is coated.
4Melt 1 Tablespoon of butter plus 1 Tablespoon of canola oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
5Place some of the chicken tenders in heated pan so they are not overcrowded. Saute chicken for 3-5 minutes on each side.
6Repeat steps 4 and 5 for second batch.
