1pounduncooked chorizo or pork sausage,
1can(8 oz) mushroom stems and pieces, drained and chopped,
1can(10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies,
1loaf(2 lbs) pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed,
1Cook chorizo in a large skillet over medium-high heats (about 4-5 minutes); drain all fat from skillet.
2Using the same skillet, add onion and cook for 2 minutes until onion is tender.
3Add mushrooms, tomatoes with green chilies and cheese.
4Reduce heat to medium and cook until all ingredients are well blended.
5Dip can be heated in microwave oven in a microwave-safe dish on High power for 3 mintues or until smooth
