Ingredients

2poundsVelveeta cheese,

1can(10 1/2 ounces) chili without beans,

1can(10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chilies,

1bag(16 ounces) potato chips,

Directions

1Cut cheese into cubes and put in a large microwave-safe bowl.

2Add chili and tomatoes and loosely cover with plastic.

3Heat on High power for 2 minutes and stir.

4Cover and heat on High power for 3 more minutes and stir.

5Cover and heat on High power for 1 more minute or until chili con queso is melted.

6Serve warm with chips.
