1bag (16 oz.)H-E-B select grilled zucchini slices,
1bag (24.6 oz.)H-E-B fully cooked® breaded chicken strips,
1jar (16 oz.)Classico sun-dried tomato alfredo sauce,
1/2cupShredded parmesan cheese,
1Thaw zucchini in microwave until flexible.
2Wrap each chicken strip with one slice of zucchini and lay in rows in a microwave safe 9 x 13 inch pan.
3After pan is filled, lay remaining slices of zucchini over exposed pieces of chicken.
4Pour Sun-Dried Tomato Alfredo Sauce evenly over dish and sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
5Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 10 minute intervals until dish is bubbling hot throughout
