Ingredients

1 personal-size watermelon, scooped into balls,

1 each cantaloupe and honeydew melon, scooped into balls,

1 c. fresh blueberries,

¼ c. fresh mint leaves,

Directions

1 Combine all the melon balls in a large salad bowl. Sprinkle blueberries and mint leaves over melon balls, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.

2 Combine lemon juice, orange juice, olive oil, and honey or sweetener in a salad dressing shaker or jar. Pour dressing over melon ball salad just before serving.
