Spicy Asian Grilled Tuna Kabobs
1 large red onion, peeled and cut into 4 wedges
1 red, yellow, or green bell pepper, cut into 2-inch squares
2 large portabella mushrooms, cut into 2-inch squares
2 bags (12 oz. each) H-E-B yellowfin tuna steaks, cut into 2-inch squares
1 container (4 oz.) H-E-B spicy asian splash, or your favorite flavor
4 metal or water-soaked bamboo skewers
Combine all ingredients in a large zipper bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Thread skewers with onion, tuna, pepper, mushroom, tuna, onion, pepper, and tuna. Cover an
d refrigerate until ready to grill.
Heat gas or charcoal grill to 375°F. Grill for 2 minutes per side or until tuna is coo
ked to desired degree of doneness.
