1 can Hill Country Fare refrigerated biscuits

20 H-E-B hickory smoked mini sausages

1 c. H-E-B More Fruit apricot or peach spread

2 Tbsp. H-E-B dijon mustard

* no-stick cooking spray


Heat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil, spray with non-stick cooking spray,
and set aside.
Cut each biscuit in half and flatten into a 3-inch round. Place a small sausage in each, r
oll like a taco, and place seam side down on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or
until biscuits are golden brown.
Meanwhile, combine fruit spread with mustard in a small bowl and serve as a dipping sauce.
You can serve these hot or cold.
