Hatch King Ranch Chicken Verde
1 c. Cookwell & Company Hatch Verde Tortilla Soup
1 Tbsp. Roberts Reserve Latin & Lime Seasoning
2 c. any shredded cheese, for topping
2-4 lbs. chicken breasts
1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro, for topping
Preheat oven to 400F.
Place chicken breasts into an oven safe Pyrex dish, season each with Adams Rub. Cover eac
h breast with Cookwell Hatch Verde Tortilla Soup, and place into the oven and cook for 15-
20min (Or until internal temp is 16 5F.
After chicken is cooked, remove the dish from oven and top chicken with cheese and place b
ack into the oven until cheese is just browned.
Top with fresh cilantro.
