Heat grill to High. Oil the grill.
Season fish with cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Place on hot grill until
cooked through, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Remove and break into pieces. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine lime juice and oil. Add cucumber slices and toss to coat.
Serve fish in tortillas with cucumber, cilantro, plain Greek yogurt, and lime wedges.
