4 ounces salmon fillets
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tomato, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375° F. Line a baking sheet with foil then lightly spray with non-stic
k cooking spray.
Place salmon on the foil, skin side down. Sprinkle each fillet with dried basil, top with
a tomato slice, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake approximately 15 minutes.
