Greek-Spiced Chicken Burger
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoons ground allspice
1 each lemon, juiced
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 H-E-B Thin Sliced Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
4 whole wheat hamburger buns
4 Tbsp. H-E-B Hummus
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced

Preheat grill to Medium.
Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Add chicken and turn so all sides are coated
Grill chicken 3 to 4 minutes per side until juices run clear. Remove from grill and place
on a plate.
Split hamburger buns apart and spread with
hummus. Place chicken on the bottom bun
with cucumber, lettuce, and tomato.
