6 oz. portobello mushrooms
1 can black beans
1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
1 tsp. steak seasoning
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. canola oil

Combine mushrooms, black beans, mustard and seasoning in the bowl of a food processor and
pulse to combine. Mixture should be chunky.
Remove to a large bowl. Add egg and bread crumbs, and mix to combine. Divide into 4 equal
balls and press to flatten.
Heat a large skillet over Medium-High heat. Add canola oil, swirl to coat pan and cook pat
ties 3 minutes per-side.
Place patties on thin rounds and garnish with your favorite toppings.
