Latin & Lime Roasted Cauliflower Taco
20 - 30 minutes
1 large crown cauliflower, chopped
2 Tbsp. Advocare Avocado oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. Adams Reserve Latin & Lime Seasoning
1 jar H-E-B "That" Salsita
1 bag Central Market Tortilla Chips (Hatch, Sweet Potato, Flax ect.) or crispy taco shells
1 cntr. Dehydrated Garlic "Snax" (Healthy Living item), crushed
1 bunch cilantro, minced
1 pkg. H-E-B Organics Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
Pre-heat oven to 475 degrees.
In a large bowl toss together: cauliflower, oil and rub.
Place on cookie sheet, spread around evenly. Place into oven and let roast until golden br
own (approximately 20-30 minutes).
Remove from oven place into a clean bowl and add in enough HEB "That" Salsita to coat caul
iflower; mix well.
Build and layer tacos (Tortilla chips or crispy taco shells first, then roasted cauliflow
er mixture, next crushed garlic "Snax", cilantro and as a final garnish a liberal topping
