1 bunch torn kale leaves

1 Tbsp. oil

2 sliced garlic cloves

1/2 c. water

4 large eggs

* salt to taste

* hot sauce to taste

* tortillas

Directions


Simmer kale leaves, oil, garlic cloves,water, and salt to taste, covered, until tender (ar
ound 30 minutes).
Serve in tortillas with eggs cooked to preference and hot sauce.
