1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Central Market Organics 100% Whole Wheat Gemelli, cooked
1 cntr. H-E-B Yellow Soup
1/4 c. greek yogurt
2 c. low sodium chicken broth
2 c. H-E-B Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
1/2 c. shredded parmesan cheese
In a large saute pan, heat oil and saute mushrooms and garlic together.
Add to the cooked pasta.
In a separate pot combine yellow soup, Greek yogurt, chicken broth, and Mexican blend and
Parmesan cheese over medium heat until cheese is melted and sauce begins to thicken.
Pour over pasta and mushroom, and stir gently. Serve immediately.
