1 lb. Hill Country Fair Thinly Sliced Chicken Breast
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. curry powder
3 clove garlic, crushed
3 each whole wheat pitas, cut in half
4 Tbsp. H-E-B roasted garlic hummus
1 each roma tomatoes, sliced
2 c. shredded lettuce
Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
Season chicken with lemon juice, curry powder, olive oil, and garlic.
Grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Remove from the grill and set aside.Cut each pita in ha
lf and open. Spread 1 tbsp. of hummus into each half of pita and stuff with chicken, lettu
ce and tomato.
