Ingredients

3/4 lb. lean ground beef

1 Tbsp. olive oil

8 oz. sliced mushrooms

1 clove garlic, chopped

1 jar (16 oz.) marinara sauce

1 c. low sodium chicken broth

1 pkg. (20 oz.) frozen cheese ravioli

Directions


In a large pot cook meat with olive oil until well browned. Drain any access fat, remove m
eat and set aside. Add mushrooms to same pot and sauté until browned. Return meat to pot a
nd add garlic. Cook a few minutes then stir in marinara sauce and chicken broth.
Add ravioli and stir. Bring sauce to a simmer for 8 minutes or until ravioli is done. Serv
e immediately.
