3/4 c. orange juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 (4 oz. each) lean pork chops
1/2 tsp. each salt and black pepper
In a small bowl combine juice, garlic and thyme. Set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over Medium-High heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Sauté 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add juice mixture to pan and reduce for 3 minutes.
Return chops to skillet and heat through. Serve immediately.
