Chili and Garlic Flank Steak
1 lb. flank steak, trimmed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. ancho chili powder
2 Tbsp lime juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a large zip top bag and marinate for 1 hour.
Lightly spray the grill with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
Grill flank steak on each side for 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with fresh greens or steamed veggies.
