1/2 small red onion, sliced thin

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved

2 Tbsp. pepperoncinis, sliced

8 c. mixed greens

1/4 c. lemon juice

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss thoroughly and serve.
