Chicken & Pineapple Kabob Skewers
2 lbs. H-E-B Natural Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Thighs, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
1 cntr. (6 oz) H-E-B Nonfat Plain Yogurt
3 c. H-E-B Fresh Cut Pineapple Chunks
Marinate chicken in yogurt 20 minutes.
Heat grill to Medium-High.
Place chicken and pineapple on skewers, alternating pieces.
Grill 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through. Serve immediately.
