Tex-Mex Cheeseburger w/Jalapeño Refried Beans
1 1/4 lbs. lean ground beef
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. salt
3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
4 H-E-B Bakeshop Hamburger Buns
1/2 c. H-E-B Refried Pinto Beans With Jalapeño
1 bunch H-E-B Ready-to-Eat Spinach
1 tomato, sliced
Preheat skillet or grill over Medium-High heat.
Combine ground beef, onions, garlic powder, salt, and chipotle peppers.
Shape into 4 patti
Grill patties 5 minutes on each side.
Toast buns and spread beans on each bun bottom.
Place burger on beans. Layer with spinach, tomato, and bun top.
