Ingredients

1 Tbsp. H-E-B Canola Oil

1 lb. H-E-B 96% Lean Ground Beef

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp. cumin

3/4 c. H-E-B Canned Diced Tomatoes (no salt added), undrained

2 small potatoes, diced

1/2 c. water

Directions


Heat oil in a large skillet. Sauté beef, onion, green pepper, and garlic until beef
is no longer pink.
Add cumin, tomatoes, potatoes, and 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until potat
