1/4 c. Gruyère cheese
1/2 c. ham, diced
1 extra large egg
1 Tbsp. oil
3/4 c. milk
1 c. H-E-B Original Pancake Mix
Preheat waffle iron.
Mix all ingredients; blend well (somewhat lumpy batter makes light, fluffy waffles).
Spoon 1/4 cup batter into the center of the waffle iron.
Close waffle iron and cook according to waffle iron directions.
